The EVOLVE 200 Multi Process Inverter is a next-generation, fully digital welding platform designed for modern fabrication environments where flexibility, control and future-proof technology matter. Ideally suited to light industrial fabrication, this powerful yet compact machine delivers outstanding MIG, TIG and MMA performance, backed by advanced digital control and cloud connectivity.
At its core, the EVOLVE 200 features an ARM Cortex-M4 microprocessor with full digital HMI, enabling highly precise arc control across single and double pulse synergic MIG, high-frequency DC pulse TIG, and MMA welding modes. With over 100 synergic programs and 100 job memory slots, setup is fast and repeatable—simply select your material, wire size and gas, and the machine automatically optimises the parameters for consistent, high-quality welds.
The integrated 4-roll wire feed system ensures smooth, reliable wire delivery, while the supplied Hard Core MIG torch with 4-button digital control allows real-time adjustment of welding parameters directly from the torch. Features such as inductance control, GLICK heat trim function, 2T/4T/Spot trigger modes and single or double pulse MIG provide exceptional control over heat input, arc behaviour and bead appearance—making it ideal for thin materials such as aluminium as well as more demanding steel applications.
Designed with efficiency and longevity in mind, the EVOLVE 200 incorporates Active Balancing Air Passage (ABAP) cooling, fan-on-demand operation, IP23S protection and generator compatibility (AVR required). On-demand smart cooling reduces noise, energy consumption and internal contamination, helping extend machine life in workshop and site conditions.
Connectivity sets the EVOLVE range apart. With built-in Wi-Fi and app control, users can adjust parameters remotely, manage multiple machines, and receive over-the-air firmware updates to keep the machine evolving alongside changing welding requirements. Optional accessories such as a foot control unit further expand capability, while the modular EVOLVE ecosystem supports future expansion.

Single & Double Pulse MIG
Pulse welding reduces the heat and minimises spatter, without compromising penetration, so its perfect for thin and soft materials like aluminium.
A single pulse weld alternates between a peak current and a background current. Double pulse welding works the same way, but with a second background current to add even more control over the arc.
