With the Ultima-Tig, achieving the exact angle you desire is effortless. A specialized locking mechanism precisely positions the electrode, minimizing waste. Grinding is performed along the correct longitudinal direction of the electrode. This not only enhances the quality of your welding seams but also extends electrode life by increasing the number of re-ignitions between grinding.

User-Friendly Design

The Ultima-Tig is designed for ease of use. Simply place the electrode in the electrode holder, adjust the pointer to your desired grinding angle, and insert the tungsten electrode into the combined stick-out and locking device. Post-grinding, if necessary, you can flatten the tip by positioning the electrode clamp at a 90-degree angle.

Versatile Grinding

Thanks to the electrode holder, the Ultima-Tig can grind electrodes as short as 15mm with a standard electrode clamp and down to 8mm with a specialized electrode clamp. The electrode holder guarantees a precise and concentric tip with every use.

All-Inclusive Package

The Ultima-Tig is available in both 230V and 110V versions, offering flexibility for your power requirements. Each unit includes a 2-meter cable, a 250ml bottle of grinding liquid, a diamond super abrasive wheel, electrode clamps (1.6mm-3.2mm), an electrode holder, a disposable container with liquid, and a stainless steel stand.
