Kemppi RA251R 250R MIG Welder Package
The Kemppi RA251R is a cost-effective MIG/MAG welding machine which is capable of delivering 250A with a 1-phase 240V power supply. This package includes a control panel, 2 roll wire feed roller, Flexlite GX welding gun and earth return lead pack. This machine has many Trademarked Kemppi functionalities, including: WireLine, GasMater,Brights and Hotspot heat treatment.

Regular R Control Panel- Provides a full manual setting of parameters for voltage and wirefeed speed as well as Gas type selection, 2T/4T gun latching control, SPOT/CYCLE arc timer or the HOT SPOT function (ideal for thin sheet fabrication or automotives).
Adaptive A Control Panel- Additional to standard features the Kempact Adaptive control allows view of parameters such as plate thickness control, filler material selection and 5 memory channels all within the adaptive mode set-up.

Perfect for vehicle repair and thin sheet fabrication environments, the HotSpot TM function with four different heat settings makes metal shrinking and component heating simple and convenient. Simply fit the carbon electrode set to the FE welding gun and activate HotSpot TM on the control panel. An electrical circuit is formed once the carbon electrode touches the work piece, which gently heats the metal surface. HotSpot TM can also be used to heat and help release corroded nuts and bolts and other metal components.
