This 110v polisher is a 125mm variable speed sander which is great for use in any polishing process, including: stone, glass, brass, copper and automotive paints. 

Vibration data: base test data was conducted and this depends on grade, density of the wheels used and the speed of the machine. Finipower-1.59m/s2.

This variable speed grinder is ideal for stainess steel due to:

• stainless steel heats quicker than steel therefore will work harden if operating at the normal grinder speed.
• 11000rpm is too high (standard UK grinders are around this) the variable speed means much more control so reduces any chance of damage. 
• increased heat causes the abrasive to glaze over due to heat or will increase consumable use, lower speeds prevent this. 

Powerful variable speed grinder:

• This machine is heavier in weight to other grinders but it is higher powered. The higher torque means higher grinding and finishing quality.

Increased disc life, better finish and lower costs with the Finipower plus. 

these discs operate at their best at 3500-4000 rpm so the Finipower Plus is ideal.
