The Weld Star ER5556 AlMg5Mn Aluminium TIG Filler Wire 2.5KG is a high-strength aluminium filler metal designed for TIG welding of aluminium-magnesium alloys. Manufactured to deliver reliable weld quality and consistent mechanical performance, ER5556 filler wire is widely used in fabrication where higher weld strength and good corrosion resistance are required.
This filler wire contains approximately 5% magnesium with manganese additions, providing strong weld deposits with excellent toughness and resistance to corrosion, particularly in marine and outdoor environments.
Supplied in a convenient 2.5 kg pack of TIG rods, it is suitable for both workshop fabrication and production welding applications.
