Furick Silicon Carbide #8 Gas Lens Body Cup Extreme Heat Rated

Furick Silicon Carbide #8 Gas Lens Body Cup – Extreme Heat Rated

The Furick Silicon Carbide #8 Gas Lens Body Cup is designed for professional TIG welders who require superior heat resistance, excellent shielding gas coverage, and long-lasting performance. Manufactured from premium silicon carbide, this cup is built to withstand extreme temperatures and repeated thermal cycling, making it ideal for demanding welding applications where standard ceramic cups can fail.

Designed specifically for use with gas lens collet bodies, the #8 cup provides a wider, more stable shielding gas envelope, allowing for improved weld quality, better visibility of the weld pool, and greater tungsten stick-out. This makes it an excellent choice for precision fabrication, stainless steel, titanium, and high-end TIG welding applications.

Its durable silicon carbide construction offers exceptional resistance to thermal shock and cracking, ensuring a longer service life even during prolonged, high-amperage welding.
