Parweld Galvanising Spray 400ML

Parweld Galvanising Spray – 400ml

Protective Zinc-Rich Coating for Rust Prevention and Metal Repair

The Parweld Galvanising Spray (400ml) is a high-quality, fast-drying spray designed to provide a durable, zinc-rich protective coating on bare or rusted steel surfaces. Ideal for touch-ups, repairs, and maintenance, this spray mimics the galvanised finish, helping to prevent corrosion and extend the life of metal structures and components.

Perfect for use in workshops, fabrication, construction, and maintenance, the spray forms a tough barrier that withstands harsh environmental conditions, including moisture and salt exposure.

Key Features:

• Zinc-rich formula for effective corrosion protection

• Fast drying to touch in minutes and fully dry in hours

• Provides a smooth, galvanised finish similar to hot-dip galvanising

• Suitable for use on steel surfaces, welds, and metal repairs

• Resists moisture, rust, and weathering

• Convenient 400ml aerosol for easy application and precise coverage

Typical Applications:

• Steel structures and frameworks

• Weld seams and joints

• Metal fences and gates

• Fabrication touch-ups and repairs

• Industrial maintenance and refurbishment

Usage Instructions:

1. Shake can vigorously before use.

2. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from loose rust or contaminants.

3. Spray from 20–30cm distance using even, sweeping motions.

4. Apply multiple light coats if necessary, allowing drying time between coats.

5. Allow full cure before handling or exposure to harsh environments.
