Biologicut is designed to work in CNC plasma water tables to help prevent hot-spotting, corrosion, bacteria, and foaming. It is a safe non-toxic substance; that does not cause harmful vapours or evaporate. It helps to prevent the growth of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria. It also greatly reduces the need for an air extraction hood and catches 98% of fumes as well as absorbing most of the sparks. Once all metal shavings have been removed and there is no visible oil on the surface of the fluid it can safely be disposed of into sewers.

Biologicut is added to water with the correct ratio of fluid to water being 20:1; this means that for every 20 litres of water, you need to add 1 litre of plasma fluid. It is important to check and maintain the correct fluid mixture within the CNC cutting bed. This can be done by checking the pH balance of the diluted fluid once every 1-2 weeks with a pH strip. If the result comes back as below 9, then you will need to add more fluid into the CNC waterbed.
