The ESAB Renegade VOLT™ ES 200i is a true game-changer for welders who need power on the go. This compact, cordless Stick (SMAW) and Live TIG (GTAW) welder can run on battery, mains power, or a clever AMP+ Hybrid Mode — giving you total flexibility wherever the job takes you.


Powered by DEWALT® FLEXVOLT® batteries (6 Ah, 9 Ah, or 12 Ah), the Renegade VOLT delivers serious performance. With four 12 Ah batteries, you can burn through up to 33 E6013 electrodes on a single charge, and those batteries come included.*

Whether you’re working offsite, in a remote location, or somewhere mains power is limited, this machine is built to keep up. In AMP+

Hybrid Mode, it combines mains and battery power, which helps stop smaller breakers (like 10A or 16A) from tripping — and gives you an extra boost when running on 120V input.

 

The Renegade VOLT isn’t just powerful — it’s designed to take a beating. It features a tough, impact-resistant housing and multiple lift points, making it easy to move around the site.
