The Kemper Dusty Evo High Vacuum Fume Extraction Unit is a compact and powerful mobile welding fume extractor designed for on-torch extraction and high-vacuum source capture.

Ideally suited to use with compatible MIG/MAG fume extraction torches, the Dusty Evo captures welding fumes directly at the source, helping remove hazardous airborne contaminants before they can spread into the welder's breathing zone and surrounding workshop.

Despite its compact trolley-style design, the Dusty Evo delivers an impressive 260m³/h extraction capacity and up to 18,100 Pa vacuum, powered by two high-performance suction turbines. Stepless speed control allows the extraction performance to be adjusted to suit the welding process and torch being used.

At the heart of the Dusty Evo is a KemTex® ePTFE cleanable filter cartridge with a filtration efficiency of greater than 99.9% and M dust classification. Manual filter cleaning helps maintain extraction performance and allows the filter to be reused rather than simply replaced when loaded.

The lightweight and mobile construction, combined with a large rigid handle and recessed grips, makes the Dusty Evo particularly convenient for workshops, repair work, site applications and welding stations that regularly change location.
