TP Welding Fixture Table Heavy Duty

The TP Welding table is designed in collaboration with Tec Products and fully manufactured in-house in the heart of Yorkshire. It is constructed from S275 pickled and oiled mild steel featuring a tab and slot-locking interface for easy assembly. All TP Welding tables are cut with a Bystronic 10kw fibre laser cutter with a cutting accuracy of ±0.1mm.

Why we chose genuine Foot Master Castors

1. Top Plate Thickness: Foot Master is typically 0.5mm thicker, which improves durability and strength.
2. Plate Surface Treatment: Foot Master is powder coated, which is superior to Zinc Plating in terms of corrosion resistance.
3. Frame Surface Treatment: The Powder Coating on the frame is typically thicker and better quality than the copies.
4. Frame Thickness. Copies are typically 10% lighter than the original Footmaster. Being thicker, it is more robust and less prone to breaking and cracking, as well as increasing the durability of the product.
5. Wheel Width: The foot Master castor typically has a wider wheel than the copies, improving its driving performance. The wheel is made from PA66 Nylon, which has a greater tensile strength than the competitors studied using PA6.
6. Foot Pad: Foot Master uses the highest quality Rubber to maximise durability, vibration dampening, and minimise slippage. The copies studied used a lower-grade TPR plastic material.

 B  Build Options

Pre-assembled – For the tightest accuracy, we recommend a pre-assembled table. The tables are assembled using a custom jig that ensures flatness and accuracy. The table will then be delivered to you ready to go, with just the legs needing to be bolted on.

Self-Assembly – Delivered to you flat-packed with instructions on how to assemble it yourself.
