This system allows welders to concentrate on the workpiece through the use of digital electronics. The patented systems; Shadetronic and Fadetronic work in tandem with the 5 point sensor and the re-charge energy concept. As with all Optrel products their is a focus on ergonomics, the Panoramaxx helmet is lightwight and free from fatigue. There is no lost of robustness and protects users from all mechanical impacts. Optrel Isofit headgear is included as standard and ensures comfort for each wearer, it is the only product which can be adjusted width, length and heightwise to fit any form of head. The outer shell of the helmet stays stable and is positioned well even when working in extreme positions. There are customisable isofit comfort pads which are replaceable and can be cleaned or exchanged for new Remote operation is functional when in grinding mode. This is convenient and allows for maximum efficiency. Ergonomic, unique and custom designed nose cutout allows for comfortable nose positioning. The battery can also be charged through MicroUSB charging.  5 point detection- 5 sensors ensure the glare shield is turned on at the correct time even when lighting conditions are not ideal. Permanent dark level adjustment is also controlled through the 5 point detection sensors.  Grinding mode- Pressure switch which is located in a well protected area is used to operate grinding mode, when this is on the anti-glare display is off, the anti-glare display is then re-activated in the same way.
