Cibo Finitube Hand Held Tube Polisher Kit This handheld tube polisher from CIBO is capable of high quality satin finishing and polishing tubes as well as balastrades and handrails. This handheld polisher has a flexible arm which easily wraps around tubes. 270 degrees can be covered in one action on 50mm tube. This creates a smooth and consistent finish. The Cibo Finitube has a unique action which allows the tube to be used as additional contact wheel for abrasive belts, this means that you can finish bends as easily as straight sections. The handheld abrasive finishing machine is supplied in a strong metal case with a range of abrasives, see below for full range of contents. The hand held polisher is easy to use due to the well positioned ergonomic handball which means all tube types can be clamped perfectly.   Hints for high quality finish: For a standard 240 grit satin grain use the Medium conditioning belt as your final finishing belt. Surface Conditioning Fibre Backed Discs - Pk Of 20  Applications:  These discs enable surface conditioning material to be used on a standard angle grinder, although optimum performance and life may be achieved at reduced speeds on a variable speed machine, especially when fine finishing. They will remove weld splatter, blend welds, remove oxidation, strip light coatings, remove scratches and leave a bright finish on metal.  Specification: Uses aluminium oxide abrasive grain.
