Description The Inelco Neutrix is a portable Tungsten grinder that is both environmentally friendly and able to grind quality points on Tungsten electrodes for TIG and plasma welding. The Neutrix is the only machine that is equipped with an integrated dust filter, thereby protecting the operator and the environment against the unhealthy dust produced during the grinding of the electrode. The filter is replaceable. Due to the use of an electrode holder, the Neutrix is able to grind electrodes as short as 15mm with a standard electrode clamp, and 8mm with a special electrode clamp. The use of the electrode holder also ensures a precise and concentric tip every time. The integral length gauge and locking devicemakes sure that only the minimum amount of electrode is removed during the grinding process. This gives an instant cost saving as wasted tungsten is kept ot a minimum. The Neutrix is equipped with an inspection cover enabling the operator to see the grinding operation. The Neutrix is easy to operate, set the required grinding angle and secure the electrode into the holder using the locking device. Same great #14 as the glass version. This full ceramic model comes with and spare screen and this model threads on your 45V44 gas lens if you have a 9 or 20 torch. If you have a 17,18 or 26 torch you will need the adapter kit. This cup is recommended for DC only and 3/32 tungsten. It will give best results with 25-30 CFH of argon flow.

Furick Cup Mooseknuckle Pyrex 14 Kit The #14 cup (also known as the MooseKnuckle) carries an Issued US Patent on the Diffuser design and has an inside diameter of .750 inches/ 19mm. It is recommended for DC polarity applications only. It uses anywhere from 25-30 + CFH of Argon flow and is recommended for 3/32 / 2.4mm tungsten size. The cup has a 180amp rating on constant amperage. It can go higher if using pulse settings. Each kit comes complete with the pyrex cup, diffusers and o'rings for mounting straight onto a WP9/WP20 torch. Furick Fupa 12 Ceramic Cup Kit The Fupa 12 Ceramic kit comes with two ceramic plans and a spare diffuser, these are designed to perform the same as the glass cups but be more durable. This kit is made to thread onto the 45V44 or the 17 conversion kit. This version only comes in a 2.4mm (3/32) tungsten size and does not require any o-rings.  This ceramic cup from Furick is made to handle up to 200 Amps non-continuance, it is recommended to only use this in DC applications. Please note that the diffuser mesh which comes with the cups are designed to only work with the Furick branded cups- it would be ideal to have a few of these to hand to replace when required. If you require more of these you can find them here please ensure you have selected the correct diffuser mesh.
