Ideal when using a long MIG torch to ensure the wire travels through the long liner, with decreased friction.  The benefits don’t stop there…  Smoother wire feeding also decreases spatter for cleaner welds and less post weld clean up. The dense foam pad works by allowing the MIG wire to pass through it, removing surface contaminants.  Whilst passing through the black lube-matic pad, the MIG wire is also coated in a lubricant which assists the smooth feeding of the wire through the liner and contact tip.  To install, simply place the pad around the MIG wire where it goes into the inlet guide.  A metal collar squeezes onto the foam to ensure that the pad makes good contact with the wire.   PLEASE NOTE:  The black lube-matic pads are not suitable for use with Aluminium MIG wire (Use the red pads instead).  For best results with steel wire, use the red pad for optimum cleaning, followed by these black pads for further cleaning and lubrication.

Biologicut Plasma Cutting Fluid For Plasma Cutting Beds  Biologicut is designed to work in CNC plasma water tables to help prevent hot-spotting, corrosion, bacteria, and foaming. It is a safe non-toxic substance; that does not cause harmful vapours or evaporate. It helps to prevent the growth of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria. It also greatly reduces the need for an air extraction hood and catches 98% of fumes as well as absorbing most of the sparks. Once all metal shavings have been removed and there is no visible oil on the surface of the fluid it can safely be disposed of into sewers. Biologicut is added to water with the correct ratio of fluid to water being 20:1; this means that for every 20 litres of water, you need to add 1 litre of plasma fluid. It is important to check and maintain the correct fluid mixture within the CNC cutting bed. This can be done by checking the pH balance of the diluted fluid once every 1-2 weeks with a pH strip. If the result comes back as below 9, then you will need to add more fluid into the CNC waterbed. CK Standard Collet for CK2 Series These come in sizes from 1.0mm to 3.2mm, these collets fit all standard WP9 and 20 TIG torches. These solid collet designs are superior to the old standard split collets which can twist and warp if overtightened. The wedge design allows for the tungsten to be put in direct contact with the collet body. This will improve the current transfer point which means a better arc starting point, stability and less resistance heating while having less low current arc wandering.  These are sold singularly- if you require a pack then please order in quantities of 5.
