Cibo Finipower PTX Machine Stainless Steel Fabricator Kit-230V

Finipower Stainless Steel Fabricator Kit 230V This kit has all the products needed to begin stainless steel fabrication work, the variable speed grinder allows you to achieve a flawless high quality finish. The fabrication kit includes the 230V Finipower Plus 1700 Watt variable speed grinder, it also includes a range of tools which fit on this model.  Weld removal is easy on stainless steel box section, use the 80 grit ceramic fibre discs, this leaves a nice finish which can easily be blended. The FMCMC Ginger Ninja brush can be used to restore satin finish. To refine the finish even further use the FMTM 80 grit tex brush. For tube work the RCD discs will remove blend and fillet the tig weld to leave a 240 grit finish in one action. THe SAG 5 unitised disc will do a good job. Applications: These discs are made with 3M Trizact 237 synthetic abrasive laminated to a grip backing. In this form they are part of a process to rapidly blend TIG welds and improve stainless steel surfaces most of the way to a polish, in fewer stages than would be required with conventional abrasives. Trizact's uniform grain structure improves consistency on batches so that the first and last components finished have a high level of consistency.    In order to give maximum disc life, the disc centres will press-out for re-use on 75mm backing pads. Example: 115 + 75mm is a 115mm disc with 75mm press-out option. When outer edge is worn, the 75mm centre can be pressed out and re-used. Specification: Trizact 237 synthetic abrasive.
