Biologicut Plasma Cutting Fluid For Plasma Cutting Beds  Biologicut is designed to work in CNC plasma water tables to help prevent hot-spotting, corrosion, bacteria, and foaming. It is a safe non-toxic substance; that does not cause harmful vapours or evaporate. It helps to prevent the growth of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria. It also greatly reduces the need for an air extraction hood and catches 98% of fumes as well as absorbing most of the sparks. Once all metal shavings have been removed and there is no visible oil on the surface of the fluid it can safely be disposed of into sewers. Biologicut is added to water with the correct ratio of fluid to water being 20:1; this means that for every 20 litres of water, you need to add 1 litre of plasma fluid. It is important to check and maintain the correct fluid mixture within the CNC cutting bed. This can be done by checking the pH balance of the diluted fluid once every 1-2 weeks with a pH strip. If the result comes back as below 9, then you will need to add more fluid into the CNC waterbed. Furick Mooseknuckle 14 Ceramic Cup Kit

Same great #14 as the glass version. This full ceramic model comes with and spare screen and this model threads on your 45V44 gas lens if you have a 9 or 20 torch. If you have a 17,18 or 26 torch you will need the adapter kit. This cup is recommended for DC only and 3/32 tungsten. It will give best results with 25-30 CFH of argon flow.

Furick Cup Mooseknuckle Pyrex 14 Kit The #14 cup (also known as the MooseKnuckle) carries an Issued US Patent on the Diffuser design and has an inside diameter of .750 inches/ 19mm. It is recommended for DC polarity applications only. It uses anywhere from 25-30 + CFH of Argon flow and is recommended for 3/32 / 2.4mm tungsten size. The cup has a 180amp rating on constant amperage. It can go higher if using pulse settings. CK Worldwide CK Gas Lens 2 Series For CK9 & CK20 (WP9 & WP20)

CK 2 Series Standard Gas Lens CK9 (WP9)  These gas lenses are for improving the gas coverage over standard collet bodies, these are ideal for allowing a longer tungsten to stick out, these fit all standard WP9 and WP20 torches. These gas lenses range in size from 0.5mm up to 3.2mm. These are used in conjunction with gas cups such as ceramic or glass cups. The glass lenses allow you to attach a wider range of cups to your welding arsenal. If you regularly weld stainless steel or titanium materials which require a wider spread of gas coverage, gas lenses are ideal as they provide a consistent non-turbulent gas flow.  Please note- if you require packs please order in quantities of 10.    Why are gas lenses better than standard collet bodies? Collet bodies are standard consumables used when TIG welding, the purpose of these parts are to hold electrodes in place and also allow the gas shield to surround the weld pool. The plume of gas over the weld pool comes through the special holes at the end of the collet body, the gas is filtered out but it does not have any specific direction just out of the torch- the shape of the cup aims the gas over the weld pool but it can result in uneven pockets in the gas as it is pushed from the torch. A gas lens can be used as a replacement to the collet body (not the collet though), it also holds the collet in place and evenly distributes the gas over the weld area. Gas lenses have a mesh screen used as a diffuser which distributes the gas in a laminar pattern over the weld area which allows for less turbulence and a better overall weld. A gas lens allows for increased gas coverage and means the tungsten can stick out further. A further benefit of using a gas lens is that we can save gas usage because it is more efficient and more effective. For example a regular collet body with a number 8 cup will use around 10 litres of gas per minute flow rate whereas the gas lens with the same number 8 cup would have a flow rate of roughly 5 litres per minute. This makes it a more efficient and cheaper method of gas shielding.  You may also weld at different angles as the flow is better, wider and more consistent. The inner mesh of the lens is also replaceable in case of contamination.

Furick Fupa 12 Ceramic Cup Kit The Fupa 12 Ceramic kit comes with two ceramic plans and a spare diffuser, these are designed to perform the same as the glass cups but be more durable. This kit is made to thread onto the 45V44 or the 17 conversion kit. This version only comes in a 2.4mm (3/32) tungsten size and does not require any o-rings.  This ceramic cup from Furick is made to handle up to 200 Amps non-continuance, it is recommended to only use this in DC applications. Please note that the diffuser mesh which comes with the cups are designed to only work with the Furick branded cups- it would be ideal to have a few of these to hand to replace when required. If you require more of these you can find them here please ensure you have selected the correct diffuser mesh.
