Finipower Inline Sander 230V  The Finipower In line sander from Cibo is a variable speed handheld machine which has a reciprocating head which applies a satin grain finish on corners of box tubes and frame work. This is done by removing weld discolouration, removes scrathes and other damage, restores and blends with original finish. Motor is protected against dust, continuously adjustable RPM, overload protection.   The stroke frequency is between 2500-5250 a minute, the machine weights less than 2kg which means it is portable and light enough for everyday work.  Cibo have undertaken vibration and sound testing according to EN 60745 and EN 60745 respectively.    Vibration test:  5.1 m/s2 k+1.5m/s2   Sound Pressure  -79.5 dB (A) K=3dB

Finipower 110V Polisher This 110v polisher is a 125mm variable speed sander which is great for use in any polishing process, including: stone, glass, brass, copper and automotive paints.  Vibration data: base test data was conducted and this depends on grade, density of the wheels used and the speed of the machine. Finipower-1.59m/s2.   This variable speed grinder is ideal for stainess steel due to: stainless steel heats quicker than steel therefore will work harden if operating at the normal grinder speed. 11000rpm is too high (standard UK grinders are around this) the variable speed means much more control so reduces any chance of damage.  increased heat causes the abrasive to glaze over due to heat or will increase consumable use, lower speeds prevent this.  Powerful variable speed grinder: This machine is heavier in weight to other grinders but it is higher powered.
