Starparts Standard Split Collet For WP9 & 20 TIG Torches

The WP9/20 Standard Split Collet is a precision TIG torch consumable designed to securely hold the tungsten electrode in WP9 and WP20 series TIG torches. Engineered for reliable performance, this collet ensures a firm grip on the electrode, allowing for stable arc control and consistent weld quality across a variety of TIG welding applications. Manufactured from high-quality copper alloy, the collet offers excellent electrical conductivity for efficient current transfer from the torch to the tungsten electrode. Its split design allows the collet to compress evenly around the electrode when tightened with the collet body and back cap, ensuring the tungsten remains firmly in position during welding. Suitable for use with a range of tungsten electrode sizes (depending on the collet size selected), the WP9/20 Standard Split Collet is an essential replacement part for maintaining optimal torch performance. It is ideal for precision welding tasks in industries such as fabrication, automotive repair, maintenance, and light industrial applications.
