Bohler Thermanit GE316L Stainless Steel MIG Wire 15KG 300MM Metal Reel Böhler Thermanit GE316L is a premium-quality stainless steel solid MIG welding wire developed for welding and surfacing austenitic stainless steels such as 316, 316L and similar CrNiMo stainless steel grades. Manufactured to the highest standards by Böhler Welding, this low-carbon ER316LSi wire provides outstanding corrosion resistance, excellent weldability, and a smooth, stable arc for high-quality welds in demanding industrial applications. Featuring an increased silicon content (Si), Thermanit GE316L offers excellent wetting characteristics, reduced spatter, and a superior weld bead appearance, making it ideal for food processing equipment, pharmaceutical installations, chemical processing plant, marine fabrication, and architectural stainless steel applications. The low carbon composition helps minimise the risk of intergranular corrosion after welding, while maintaining excellent mechanical properties and resistance to temperatures up to 400°C. DiamondSpark 46 RC Seamless cored wire Low hydrogen all-positional seamless rutile flux cored wire for welding carbon-manganese and fine grain steels using Argon-CO2 or pure CO2 shielding gas. DiamondSpark 46 RC is a seamless copper-coated rutile flux-cored wire, developed for modern shipyard requirements and daily construction challenges. The wire has excellent weldability, productivity for welding of low and medium alloyed steels using Argon-CO2 shielding gas or pure CO2. The weld deposit has excellent mechanical properties till -30°C in mix gas and till -20°C in pure CO2 shielding gas.
