Bohler 4043 Aluminium TIG Filler Rod containing 5% silicon. Filler Rod for GTAW of Al alloys containing up to 2% of alloying elements and for aluminium alloys containing up to 7% Si. Very fluid weld pool. Why use 4043 grade Aluminium wire?   General Purpose Welding: 4043 is often chosen as a general-purpose aluminum welding wire because it can be used for a wide range of aluminum alloys. It's suitable for welding 3003, 3004, 5052, 6061, and other common aluminum alloys. Good Fluidity: 4043 wire has good fluidity during welding, which means it flows smoothly and creates clean and aesthetically pleasing welds. Low Melting Point: It has a lower melting point compared to some other aluminum welding wires, making it suitable for thin aluminum materials and reducing the risk of burn-through.
