Weldstar 4043 AlSi5 Aluminium TIG Filler Wire 1.6, 2.4 & 3.2MM - 2.5KG Pack Aluminium TIG Filler wire for welding aluminium alloys with a maximum 2% alloying elements. Including aluminium alloys containing up to 7% Si. Features and Applications: The silicon addition results in improved fluidity (wetting action), making the alloy the preferred choice for welders. ER 4043 is not sensitive to weld cracking and produces bright, almost smut-free welds. Not recommended for anodizing. Thicker sections should be preheated to (150°C) prior to welding. Weldstar ER410 Stainless Steel TIG Filler Wire 5KG Features and Applications Stainless steel wire designed to weld stainless steels of similar composition, including deposition of overlays on carbon steels to resist corrosion, erosion and abrasion. ER 410 contains sufficient carbon to enable air-hardening transformation of the weld metal to a predominately martensitic microstructure. Preheat and postweld heat treatments are required to achieve welds of adequate ductility for many  engineering purposes. Ideal for welding or repairing 12% Cr air-hardenable stainless steels like types 410, 416, 420, 431 and cast C-15.
