Exaton 25.10.4.L Super Duplex TIG Filler Wire 2.4MM - 5KG Exaton 25.10.4.L is designed for gas shielded arc welding of superduplex stainless steels, such as UNS S32750 (e.g. SAF™ 2507), UNS S32760 and UNS S31803 / S32205 (e.g. SAF™ 2205). It combines high strength with excellent ductility. Exaton 25.10.4.L can also be used for joining UNS S32750 and S32760 to carbon steel or low-alloy steels. Exaton 25.10.4.L can also be used for welding duplex stainless steels when the highest possible corrosion resistance is required. The grade is characterized by excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride-bearing environments and excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. Its corrosion resistance is equal to UNS S31254 (e.g. Alleima® 254SMO™) in most applications.

Bohler 4043 Aluminium TIG Filler Rod containing 5% silicon. Filler Rod for GTAW of Al alloys containing up to 2% of alloying elements and for aluminium alloys containing up to 7% Si. Very fluid weld pool. Why use 4043 grade Aluminium wire?   General Purpose Welding: 4043 is often chosen as a general-purpose aluminum welding wire because it can be used for a wide range of aluminum alloys. It's suitable for welding 3003, 3004, 5052, 6061, and other common aluminum alloys. Good Fluidity: 4043 wire has good fluidity during welding, which means it flows smoothly and creates clean and aesthetically pleasing welds. Low Melting Point: It has a lower melting point compared to some other aluminum welding wires, making it suitable for thin aluminum materials and reducing the risk of burn-through. Low Hot Cracking Sensitivity: 4043 wire has relatively low hot cracking sensitivity, which means it is less likely to crack during the welding process, especially when used on aluminum alloys with a high thermal expansion coefficient.
